Knowledge Base widget

The KB ships as an inline embed: a JS snippet each front end drops where it makes sense, sized to its own content. These four audiences are the same company brands as /sites (Truly Free, Truly Free Home, Seller Support, Partner Support). An empty corpus is an empty UI, not a reason to invent other brands. Pick an audience to load that widget inside a mock host page; configure heading, intro, search and article count under Admin → Knowledge base.

If you own one of these portals: this is an empty <div> plus one <script>. The panel measures itself and posts a new height whenever an article opens or closes, so never give the container a fixed height. That is what produces a scrollbar inside your page. Articles always open in place; nothing navigates the visitor away from you. Give the container the column width your layout already uses and it reads as a section rather than a bolted-on widget, and match the heading and colours in Admin → Widgets, since the iframe inherits none of your CSS. In practice, seller.trulyfree.com puts the seller corpus under Getting started, partners.trulyfree.com puts the partner corpus beside commission reports, and trulyfreehome.com uses the TFH corpus on product-care pages.
